While the flat's privileged location allows you to easily visit the main attractions on foot, Marquês Metro Station is located just a 7 minute walk away from the flat.

6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
10. The garden will be interdict from 26/09 to 24/10
